PROJECT BRIEF:

 

this semi detached property was a unpractical space for the client. the client was clear on the what was required from the scheme:

 

- Rear 2 storey extension providing an additional bedroom with en-suite

 

- Alterations to the internal upstairs layout to make the best use of the space

- Provide an open plan living area with kitchen

-  Include large door openings to take advantage of the views to the rear

 

 

**Planning constraints were satisfied with amber valley borough council over a 10 week period, with

compromises on design and spec required to satisfy the planning process.
